Smoking, whether you smoke cigarettes, roll ups or smoke a vape it is a habit. It’s a physical and psychological habit that we can easily break during your hypnosis session leaving you feeling surprised at how easy it was.
When I see clients for stopping smoking, I hear them talk a lot about fear. Fear about the perceived hardships ahead – how will I deal with the cravings? Will I become stressed out or unsociable? However, people that are committed to stopping smoking for their own personal reasons actually don’t experience any of these symptoms.
When the time is right for you to quit smoking once and for all there’s no hardship involved and in fact, you have so much to gain.
During your free telephone consultation, we will discuss your main reasons for wanting to stop, and I’ll use these reasons to personalise your session and you will enjoy your life as a non-smoker. When I create your sessions, I will use various methods to help maximise it’s effectiveness for you and your own strengths, arming you with techniques you can use at home to combat times of stress in the future- without resorting to smoking.
How many sessions will I need?
You will only need 1 session of hypnosis and you will leave your session a non-smoker, never to smoke again. You will be in the driving seat and your old smoking habit will be a thing of the past. Leaving you refreshed and confident going into your new life as a non smoker!
